Model the 3D dynamics of mitochondrial networks with agent-based models. The idea is to build a simulation of mitochondrial dynamics that responds to stress and predicts the transition from a healthy cell state to mitochondrial senescence. Coding skills required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
