Proxy User Instruction<\/strong>s<\/h2>\n\n\n\nOnce a student adds you as a proxy to view their account, you will receive two separate emails from businessoffice@wooster.edu<\/a>. First, the email below, which will contain your Username. You will receive another separate email that will contain a temporary password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/image-12-1024x310.png\")
You can access Self-Service directly at https:\/\/ellucianselfservice.wooster.edu\/Student<\/a>. You will log-in for the first time using your username and temporary password. Once successfully logged in, you will see the student(s) that have given you proxy access. Select the student you want to view and click \u201cContinue.\u201d<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/business\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/12\/image-13-1024x462.png\")

Student Account Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nYou can view student account information that the student has selected to share, which may include billed charges, credited and\/or pending financial aid, and current balance due. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial Aid Information:<\/strong>
You can view Financial Aid information that the student has selected to share. This may include offered financial aid, remaining documentation to be submitted to the Financial Aid Office, and additional steps that need to completed.
