Equity &amp; Belonging is responsible for a variety of trainings, programs, and services that facilitate intergroup\/intragroup, intercultural, and interfaith dialogue to foster empathy and connection and to build a culture that allows all of us and our community as a whole to function and learn at the highest level possible. \u00a0E&amp;B works alongside students, faculty, and staff from all backgrounds.
