Student who has been involved with drinking water-related research, are invited to submit an abstract for a technical talk or poster presentation for the Fresh Ideas Student Competition<\/a> at the One Water Technical Conference<\/a>, August 11 to 14, 2025 in Cleveland, Ohio. Hosted by the Ohio AWWA Young Professionals (YP) Committee<\/a>. They are giving graduate students, undergraduates, and recent graduates the opportunity to submit abstracts on topics such as source water protection, drinking water treatment, analytical methods, water distribution and storage, water reuse, and other water-related research!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students will choose to give either a 40-minute technical talk or present at an open-poster session period followed by a 10-minute judged poster presentation. Not only will students network<\/strong> with fellow water professionals, but they will also compete for monetary prizes<\/strong> and the opportunity to be financially sponsored to give a poster presentation at AWWA\u2019s Annual Conference and Exposition (ACE) 2026 in Washington, DC.
