Her expansive influences three core areas: talent development, economic inclusion and community development. Rochelle holds two degrees from the University of Cincinnati: A Master of Community Planning (1997), with a concentration in HR, and a Bachelor of Communications (1986). She successfully earned an Adult Learning Certificate from the Association of Talent Development. Rochelle is certified as a Compliance Administrator through the American Contract Compliance Association\/Morgan State University (2006) and certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional through The National Development Council (1997).<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rochelle was appointed by Hamilton County Commissioner, Alicia Reece, in Feb. 2025 to serve on the Workforce Council of Southwest Ohio Board. She currently serves as Membership Chair for the \u201cWomen of Water\u201d (WOW)ERG, and VP of Public Relations on the \u201cToast to Water\u201d Toastmaster club. She previously served on the Board as the Director of Sponsorships (2021) for Greater Cincinnati Association of Talent Development as well as on the Professional Development Committee (2019-2020) and Conference Committee (2021-2023). Rochelle is a former board member of the Emmanuel Community Center (2004).
