Eligibility and Criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Ideas had to be for a profit generating business concept<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For the presentation, students had to:\n
      \n
    • State the problem being solved<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • State who experienced this problem and prove it with research<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Point out how their idea is different from the way people currently solve the problem<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • State the value proposition<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outline the steps necessary to build the product\/service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Explain where customers will purchase it<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outline the expenses to start<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Show a visual or prototype<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Explain how they would spend prize money if they win<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Tied for 1st Place: Ritwik Jha and Elizabeth Jha with their Manufacturing Selection Platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tied for 1st Place: Joseph Jordan with the parking APP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 2nd Place: Jerry Cai and Alan Musabeyezu with DataGold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
