The Event Coordinator reports to the Senior Event Planner and Scheduler and will serve as part of an Event Management team. The Event Coordinator serves as a second Primary Scheduler for all events in 25Live, coordinates event registration and check-in processes, assists with ticket sales, serves as an administrator for digital signage, and assists with planning and maintaining an events website. This role collaborates with units across campus to ensure all aspects of events are scheduled, coordinated, and executed at the highest level, and assists with the setup and tear down of events planned through the Office of Events. The Event Coordinator is an on-campus position that may require evenings and weekends.
