While evaluations are an ongoing process, the College provides formal written evaluations of employees each year. Evaluations can serve several purposes: to assess efficiency and effectiveness in developing and achieving job objectives; to provide for professional growth; or to construct a statement of future goals and objectives to be met by the employee during that year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
