\n Jennifer Bowen, Professor of Mathematics, serves as Dean for Curriculum & Academic Engagement and Dean for Advising, Planning & Experiential Learning.\n

\n She provides strategic leadership for the College’s academic programs and student success initiatives, working closely with faculty, departments, and governance committees to support curriculum development and student learning.\n

\n Her responsibilities include supporting faculty curriculum development, assessment of student learning, first-year academic initiatives, academic advising, experiential learning, and the Registrar’s Office.\n

\n Bowen also chairs the Committee on Academic Standards and collaborates across campus to support academic integrity and student success.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Rebecca Burgstahler is The College of Wooster’s Vice President for Finance and Business and Treasurer. She joined the College in October 2024 as Director of Finance for Strategy and Long-range Planning.\n

\n In her current role, Burgstahler provides leadership for the College’s financial and business operations, including long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling that inform major institutional decisions.\n

\n Prior to joining Wooster, she spent nearly a decade at Ernst & Young LLP, leading global operating model effectiveness consulting, compliance, and audit engagements for clients ranging from middle-market organizations to Fortune 100 companies.\n

\n Earlier in her career, she held finance, research, and grants-focused roles with CNH Industrial, the USDA Economic Research Service, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and AgeOptions.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Lynn Holleran is a transformative and visionary leader in college athletics who serves as The College of Wooster’s Director of Athletics and Physical Education. She serves as the senior administrator for Wooster’s NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletics program.\n

\n Holleran contributes to strategic planning, organizational change management, equity-minded practices, program innovation, advancement initiatives, and the holistic development of student-athletes.\n

\n She joined Wooster following nearly eight years at Pennsylvania State University, including four and a half years as Deputy Athletic Director. At Penn State, she provided executive and strategic leadership for 31 sports programs, more than 800 student-athletes, and 325 employees.\n

\n Previously, Holleran led academic support for student-athletes at the University of Minnesota and served in leadership roles at Boston College and Northwestern University. She began her career with a strong focus on academic success, compliance, student services, and athletics administration.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n\n Dr. Ashley Kistler joined the College of Wooster as Provost and Chief Academic Officer, and Professor of Anthropology, on July 1, 2026, bringing more than 18 years of experience as an educator, scholar in anthropology, and faculty leader.\n

\n As Provost, Dr. Kistler works with the College’s faculty and staff to strengthen the academic program, support innovation, and elevate the culture of mentored undergraduate research that is central to a Wooster education.\n

\n Previously, she served as dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Rollins College, where she oversaw academic programs, faculty hiring and retention, tenure and promotion processes, academic planning, and significant aspects of the academic budget. She also served in faculty leadership roles including president of the faculty, interim dean, associate dean, and chair of anthropology.\n

\n Dr. Kistler is an ethnographer and linguist whose research focuses on Maya communities in Mexico and Guatemala. She has authored peer-reviewed scholarship and two books examining Maya culture, identity, power, and resistance.\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Alexa Konstantinos is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at The College of Wooster, bringing more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, and organizational strategy.\n

\n She oversees the College’s marketing and communications activities and works closely with institutional leadership to strengthen Wooster’s identity, reputation, and communication with internal and external audiences.\n

\n Before joining Wooster in 2024, Konstantinos served as Vice President of Marketing at CoverMyMeds. Earlier, she spent more than two decades at Battelle Memorial Institute in roles ranging from researcher and analyst to program manager, salesperson, and vice president of commercial marketing.\n

\n She also serves on the executive boards of the Columbus Museum of Art and the Contemporary Theater Company of Ohio and performs with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra chorus.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Jason McGrath began his position as Vice President for Enrollment Management at The College of Wooster on Jan. 6, 2025. He brings 25 years of experience in higher education, including previous service in Wooster’s Admissions office.\n

\n McGrath spent nearly 16 years at Vanderbilt University, where he shaped domestic recruitment strategy, first-year and transfer evaluation processes, student-athlete admissions, and relationships with counselors and admissions professionals.\n

\n In 2022, he became Associate Provost and Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, leading admissions through significant application growth, increased selectivity, and expanded recruitment efforts.\n

\n At Wooster, he leads enrollment strategy and works across the institution to attract, enroll, and support a strong and diverse student body.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n Her research explores the intersection of chemistry and art, including work in photostability, spectroscopy, conservation science, and photochemistry.\n

\n Angila Tracey is the Secretary of the College and Director of Administration, reporting to the president and serving as a member of the President’s Cabinet.\n

\n She provides executive-level staffing to the president, including project management and reporting on presidential initiatives, institutional projects, budgets, compliance, and oversight of the Office of the President’s staff.\n

\n As the official corporate secretary, Tracey coordinates meetings of the Board of Trustees and its committees, manages communications and materials for board members, and ensures accurate and timely board records.\n

\n Previously, she served as Operations Manager in the College’s Facilities Department, where she managed work requests, transportation, staff, the College fleet, compliance reporting, and the computerized maintenance management system.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
