Wooster can help gather materials to add an apostille to a diploma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to process your request and submit it to the Ohio Secretary of State,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wooster requires:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A $40 fee for a new diploma. Check payable to \u201cThe College of Wooster\u201d in U.S. funds.<\/li><li>A completed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/livewooster.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/s\/InsideMigration\/EbnT-wWwBfBDmlHdhcrOj9gBaqTx5_pOZmO9pWqvL0RLuw?e=NbCLPh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diploma Request Form<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Ohio Secretary of State requires:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A $5 per authentication fee. Check or money order payable to \u201cOhio Secretary of State\u201d in U.S. funds.<\/li><li>Name of the country where the document(s) will be used filled in on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohiosos.gov\/globalassets\/records\/forms\/8003.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">State Apostille Cover Sheet<\/a>\u00a0.<\/li><li>Enclosed prepaid overnight delivery label and\/or self-addressed stamped envelope for return of documents.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mail all the above items to:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrar<br>The College of Wooster<br>1189 Beall Ave.<br>Wooster, OH 44691<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we have received all materials, we will prepare the diploma, have it notarized, and then mail it to the state government office for the apostille.
