Students needing to stay beyond these dates will need to request approval via our late stay request form. All approved late stays must depart campus by 10:00am on Sunday, May 17th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be limited exceptions made for late stays. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students signed up and approved for Summer Housing (automatically added to late stay).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students whose sibling is a College of Wooster graduate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students approved to work Commencement weekend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International Students or Out of State students who have transportation limitations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Athletes who are participating in post season play (Active Rostered submitted by Team Coach).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests for Late Stay Exceptions can be made through your <a href=\"https:\/\/wooster.erezlife.com\/\">Housing Self Service<\/a> portal by <strong>May 4, 2025 at 11:59pm EST. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>Summer Housing students DO NOT have to complete the Late Stay Form.
