Welcome to Housing Selection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Housing Selection is the process returning students use to choose their on-campus housing for the following academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you begin:<\/strong> Please read the Housing Agreement<\/a><\/em>. The Housing Agreement contains important information about housing dates, policies, and responsibilities. After reading the housing agreement, you must complete your housing application on the housing portal<\/a> where you will sign that you have read and understand the Housing Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students looking to participating in General Housing Selection do not need to complete the additional sections of the housing application.<\/strong> Only those who would like to participate in specialized selection should complete the subsequent section on the agreement. Once you complete the Housing Agreement and, if applicable, create a roommate group. You will receive information about your selection time before General Housing Selection in February (see calendar below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2027\u201328 housing selection process is scheduled to conclude before Spring Break. Watch your Wooster email for updates and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Housing Rates: Rates expected to be updated by February 2027 for 27\/28AY.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Housing rates depend on the type of space you select.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Housing charges are billed as part of the College’s semester billing process. The 2026\u201327 base housing charge for a multiple room is $3,917.50 per semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important:<\/strong> Your housing rate is determined by the type of room or space you select. Review the Housing Agreement for additional information about housing charges, cancellation policies, and financial responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Housing Selection Checklist<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Complete your Housing Agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Starting November 1, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All students who plan to live on campus for 2027\u201328 should complete the Housing Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All students who plan to live off campus for 2027-28 must complete the off Campus Housing Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Decide where you want to live<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    3. Decide who you want to live with<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you plan to live with roommates, use eRezLife to find potential roommates and create a roommate group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Watch for your selection information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Selection times will only be provided for the Senior Specialized Selection and General Housing Selection. They will be provided at least 3 days before the selection times begin, so that students can review housing options and begin planning their options. General Housing Selection times are based on class year. Each class is randomly assigned times by the housing software. Students with priority housing due to accommodations needs will be placed at the beginning of selection or will be housed prior to selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Select your room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When your selection time is provided, use eRezLife to view available rooms. When your selection time occurs, select your housing assignment using the housing portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    General Housing Selection includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Senior Specialized Housing<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        Senior Specialized Housing is available only to upcoming seniors in the Class of 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Students in the Class of 2027 and students taking a fifth year are not eligible for Senior Specialized Housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Spaces are limited and may be waitlisted. Selection is first-come, first-served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Students must be on the active roster for the organization to be considered for a Program House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Service Houses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Service Houses connect students with community organizations and service opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Students apply individually or with a roommate to a specific service opportunity. Community agencies may interview and select students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                All-Gender Housing and Gender Inclusive Housing<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                These are two different housing options<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                All-Gender Living-Learning Community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                The All-Gender Living-Learning Community provides a residential community for students of all genders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Students interested in the community must complete the appropriate application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Gender Inclusive Housing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                Gender Inclusive Housing allows students to live with other students regardless of gender identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Students do not need to apply<\/strong> for Gender Inclusive Housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Gender Inclusive Housing is available in designated upper-class housing locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Some buildings or sections may have gender-specific floors or areas. Students should review the Gender Inclusive Housing information before selecting their space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Language Suites<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                Language & Culture Suites are specialized housing communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Students interested in these spaces must complete the appropriate application by the published deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
