Wayne Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We provide<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"390\" height=\"244\" src=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/safety\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2021\/05\/id-card.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New or replacement&nbsp;COW ID Cards&nbsp;for students, employees, spouses\/dependents, alumni, trustees, retirees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card activation and encoding&nbsp;each semester upon returning to campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>House&nbsp;keys, office keys, staff keys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Room&nbsp;access changes&nbsp;or additional access required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are responsible for ALL your keys and ID. <strong>Do not share with anyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your COW ID Card is your &#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>College of Wooster <strong>Identification Card<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dining Card<\/strong><br>Access to Lowry &amp; Kittredge Dining Halls, and for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/dining\/plans\/\">Meal Plan flex dollars<\/a>&nbsp;in all dining locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access Card<\/strong><br>For students living on campus, swipe your card to gain access to all residence halls and most academic buildings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Library Card<\/strong><br>Check out materials from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wooster.edu\/academics\/libraries\/\">college libraries<\/a>&nbsp;and borrow materials from other academic libraries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admission Card<\/strong><br>Present your card at one of Wooster\u2019s athletic facilities and at other campus-sponsored events. Your card is your ticket for admission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Printing Access Card<\/strong><br>The COW card gives students access to all public printers\/copiers and their printing allocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COW ID Card FAQ&#8217;s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost ID card?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the Campus Access Office ASAP for a new ID card and&nbsp;<strong>deactivation of the lost ID<\/strong>. The replacement fee is $30.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Found ID ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please turn it in to Campus Access or Campus Safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if my card doesn&#8217;t swipe for dining but my ID can be manually entered?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the Campus Access Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Locked Out?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you misplace your COW card or key and now you\u2019re locked out of your room? Great news! Here\u2019s the step-by-step process for getting assistance:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/reslife\/college-of-wooster-lockout-policy\/\">College of Wooster: Lockout Policy \u2013 Office of Residence Life<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Campus Access office issues all residential keys for all houses&nbsp;on campus as well as all employee keys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Students MUST return keys <\/strong>at the end of the school year or upon departure<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students will be subject to\u00a0<strong>$175 fee<\/strong> if a key is not returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Academic Access keys are distributed by the building coordinator for each building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost key?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the Campus Access Office ASAP for a replacement key and if necessary, have the locks changed on your door.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Campus Access and Locksmith Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=2RfwngV_JUKYOPks_1e3qw9jEUweLWpApIDuZDuFGLZUREtXSjZZS0tGU1lFS1dRVzkwM1Y5NFZPOCQlQCN0PWcu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campus access and locksmith request form<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will schedule all items that are properly entered into Connect Daily and&nbsp;<strong>approved<\/strong>.
