The Office of Events provides program support, services, facilities, and amenities for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests. These services are designed to bolster activities that enhance campus life and enrich the campus community. When planning your events, be sure to plan ahead as all reservations must be made 7 days<\/strong> in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

25Live Campus Calendar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Please review the Programming Calendar<\/a> and the Master Calendar<\/a> to check and see what events are planned. Programming against other departments or organizations is strongly discouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scheduling Policies and Manual<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Review these policies<\/a> before scheduling your event in 25Live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most frequently asked questions can be found in the Quickstart Guide, and full instructions are available in the 25Live Campus Reservations Training Manual<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Movies<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If your event includes watching a movie, please submit the Public Viewing Rights Form<\/a>. Your event will not<\/strong> be approved without proper approval of this form from Student Engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alcohol<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

All events where alcohol is present must be registered and approved<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty and Staff <\/strong>must submit the the Request for Permission to Have Alcohol at College-sponsored Event Form<\/a>.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students<\/strong> must work directly with the Director of Residence Life to get approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your reservation and event will not<\/strong> be confirmed without proper approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
