Access your integrated <a href=\"https:\/\/outlook.office365.com\/bookings\/homepage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bookings<\/a> page through Outlook online. See our article <a href=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/technology\/use-bookings-to-schedule-meetings-with-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Use Bookings to Schedule Meetings<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can create custom meeting types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Both you and the attendee receive an email confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendees can update or cancel scheduled meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that &#8216;Bookings with me&#8217; is NOT the same as &#8220;Microsoft Bookings&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8216;Bookings with me&#8217; is a <strong>personal<\/strong> scheduling page that integrates with the free\/busy information from (only) your Outlook calendar to allow people to schedule an appointment with you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Microsoft Bookings&#8221; is designed for a team or department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hide\">Teams<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the <a href=\"https:\/\/livewooster.sharepoint.com\/:w:\/s\/edtechstaff\/ERcG5n3DZ5NOk8NzzRCwNs0BgIcMs-Czty60ATBhqBjoWA?e=GsZ4HS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ready to Launch Your Course<\/a> checklist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/play-and-share-a-meeting-recording-in-teams-7d7e5dc5-9ae4-4b94-8589-27496037e8fa\">Recorded Teams meetings are stored in OneDrive or SharePoint<\/a>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The recording will appear in the chat after the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Channel meeting recordings are stored in the Team&#8217;s SharePoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard calendar meeting recordings are stored in the OneDrive of the person who recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you schedule meetings to your Team&#8217;s channel, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/xitD7407GeU\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/xitD7407GeU\" target=\"_blank\">add a channel calendar<\/a> to your Class Teams so everyone can see when channel meetings are scheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read our information on Teams: <a href=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/technology\/microsoft-teams\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"4832\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft Teams<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/technology\/teams-meetings\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5422\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Teams Meetings<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/technology\/teams-for-classes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5292\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Class Teams<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To communicate with students that you will be using the Team, consider:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adding an Announcement&nbsp;to the General Post<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>@mention the Team name (sends an alert to all members)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Link to your Moodle course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"not\">If you are <strong>NOT<\/strong> using your Class Team <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simply do not Activate it. Students can&#8217;t see it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you activated the team but don&#8217;t intend to use it:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students can see it, but you cannot delete it (the automated process that creates the Team prohibits it being deleted).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Owners can&#8217;t hide a team from members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team members can <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/office\/show-or-hide-teams-and-channels-9d999159-4fc3-4f6a-acf0-02d786484734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hide Teams<\/a> they are not actively using, but only for themselves.
