This invite will be available via your email&#8217;s calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"670\" height=\"267\" src=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2024\/03\/invite.png\" alt=\"Join a Teams meeting screenshot\" class=\"wp-image-43324\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Join Microsoft Teams Meeting Invite<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you do not have Microsoft teams already installed, please click the link ahead of the scheduled meeting.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"step-2-launch-microsoft-teams\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Launch Microsoft Teams<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Since you already have the Microsoft Teams application already downloaded onto your machine or mobile device, Microsoft Teams should automatically be prompted to open after you click on the invite. If it does not, choose the option that says &#8220;Launch Teams.&#8221; Microsoft Teams may ask you if it is okay for it to use your microphone and camera. Be sure to allow those options for the meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/inside.wooster.edu\/technology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2020\/04\/Screen-Shot-2020-04-10-at-4.22.16-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4860\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Launch it now via the app<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"step-3-choose-your-audio-and-video-settings-plus-enter-your-name\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Choose your audio and video settings plus enter your name<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> After clicking \u201c<strong>Join as guest<\/strong>,&#8221; you will be prompted to <strong>enter your name<\/strong> to join. Also, while you are at it, the recommendation is to turn off your video\/audio initially as a courtesy when you enter the meeting.
