This means that individuals will be prompted for a second authentication method when they login to email, One Drive, or Office products. To lessen the disruption this might have on classroom activities individuals should:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make sure to have their second authentication factor (usually a cell phone) with them at all times<\/li>\n<li>Choose the &#8220;Don&#8217;t ask me for 14 days&#8221; option after authenticating to avoid future multi-factor authentication prompts<\/li>\n<li>Consider using your own laptop to present in the classroom since it is more likely that you have already completed option 2. on your laptop<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to logout of any public or classroom computer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you encounter repeated issues with a particular computer make sure to report the issues by calling 330.287.4357 or emailing helpdesk@wooster.edu<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of January 28, 2020 all members of the campus community have had Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) activated for their Wooster account.
