I learned how to 3D model in Blender, Shapr3D, TinkerCAD, used the game engine Unity, as well as work on my graphic design skills with the creations of websites and posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These past two semesters I had two main goals. The first one was to learn the basics of Unity in order to create a simple game. Through the use of multiple tutorials and freely exploring the software, I was able to become somewhat proficient to the point of being able to make my own projects. Below is a video of a game I created and used in my Independent Study as well as images of another game I created for my User Interface Design class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aside from Unity I also worked on improving my skills with Blender, a 3D modeling software. With this I learned a couple more tools to help improve my 3D modeling process including the loop cut tool, Boolean operator, and the knife tool as well as a couple keyboard short cuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through learning Blender I was able to host two 3D modeling workshops.
