Below is a sampling of recent projects that highlight some of the varied services we are able to offer. Client: Schneider Electric
Services: Software Development, Large Language Models, Artificial Intelligence
Project: The goal of the project was to automate the process of data extraction from documents using Azure’s implementation of the OpenAI API and GPT models. The AMRE team ran experiments on different metrics, parameters, and prompt engineering techniques. The extensive tests and research led the team to develop a data extractor program and a best practices guide to improve Schneider Electric’s use of large language models and prompt engineering techniques.
Client: ACME Fresh Market
Services: Big Data Analytics, Customer Segmentation
Project: Using several methods, the team analyzed a large data set to evaluate customer behavior and determine strategies for increasing sales. Based on the analysis of customer buying trends and behavior, the team created several targeted programs to increase basket size.
Client: Aetna
Services: Web Traffic Analysis, DataVisualization
Project: The project was designed to help Aetna understand the full scope of the Aetna Medicare’s Direct to Consumer enrollment experience. The team built tables to summarize website data and created an interactive data visualization tool which showed the detailed enrollment process with filters according to year, channels, and different products.
Client: The Wooster Brush Company
Services: Economic Modeling, Market Research
Project: The team developed a formula for quantifying the rich offerings and collected data from multiple Northeast Ohio manufacturing companies to enable Wooster Brush to benchmark their benefits. Additionally, the team researched the current labor market to tailor recommendations.
Client: The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company
Services: Software Engineering, Application Development, User Interface Design
Project: The team was tasked with developing an iOS application and a MacOS application using the Swift programming language. A key priority of this project was to create user-friendly designs for the apps.
Client: United Way of Wayne & Holmes Counties
Services: Website Development, Employee Retention Study
Project: The team researched guidelines and best practices that can help Wayne County non-profit organizations increase their capacity to hire and retain employees. With the goal of creating an open-access resource for all, the team built a website with nationally recognized strategies and integrated them with local Wayne County examples and applications.
Client: Carbon Credits for Ohio Landowners
Services: Plausibility Study, Market Analysis, Draft Legislation
Project: The team worked with a local landowner to research how the carbon market works and evaluated the plausibility for small Ohio landowners to sell carbon credits from their forest land. Research included a comprehensive analysis of the carbon market and current credit programs. The team created an economic model that allows local landowners to understand the monetary benefit of carbon credits, and drafted proposed changes to Ohio legislation that would incentivize landowners to enroll their land in carbon credit projects.
