U Chicago’s Committee on Immunology (COI) is offering an application assistance program that is independent from their admissions program. “Through our mentorship program, we hope to help you with your graduate school application and to recruit talented students from all backgrounds.”

The objectives of their program is to de-mystify and provide assistance with the application process for aspiring graduate students in the biomedical sciences. They to do this in three ways:
Direct 1-on-1 assistance: We will offer personalized guidance on the application process for a limited number of individuals.on Cycle
Zoom-based information sessions: We will host two sessions with a panel of current UChicago students to provide key information and discuss the graduate school application process. These sessions will be open to all.
Zoom-based “office hours”: Individuals can drop in and obtain direct advice from a current UChicago graduate student. These sessions will be scheduled throughout October and November.
Note: The U Chicago COI admissions process is completely separate from this program. Participation is not considered by the Admissions Committee during application evaluation.
