Sheri has recently retired from Pfizer Worldwide Development and Research where she was Director in Drug Product Development leading a group of scientists that design and develop clinical and commercial formulations. Sheri has over 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry that includes preclinical and late-stage product development with an expertise in developing novel modified release formulations. She received her Bachelors of Arts with a major in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For over a decade Sheri has been an adjunct professor at Purdue University Department of Industrial Pharmacy where she lectured graduate students in field physical pharmacy and solid-state chemistry and served as a thesis advisor to graduate students. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Board for the Zeeh Pharmaceutical Station at The University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin. In 2020 was a Nominee for Connecticut Women of Innovation for her work in advancing drug delivery technologies to help commercialize innovative medicines. Sheri is currently consulting for the pharmaceutical industry and has recently joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy faculty as an adjunct professor.
