L.C. Boles Golf Course is open to the public, as well as to members of The College of Wooster community from April through October. There is a driving range, practice putting green, as well as a pro shop that provides a variety of golf equipment. Riding and pull carts are available for rent.

- Summer Hours (May 1 – September 30) 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (last cart out 5:45 p.m. and must be back to Golf House by 7:30 p.m.)
- Fall/Spring Hours (mid-March-April 30 & October 1-31) 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. (last cart out 4:45 p.m. and must be back to Golf House by 7 p.m. … Temperature must be above 45 degrees to open in morning and will not open until at least 10 a.m. on mornings with frost)
- Course may open select dates in offseason (November – mid-March) … Generally requires a temperature above 50 degrees and weekends

• Very casual “fun” league — all skill levels welcome
• Scramble format with groups assigned each week based on who is there at start time

Built in 1939 and named in honor of a legendary College of Wooster coach, L.C. Boles Memorial Golf Course is a challenging and affordable 9-hole course located on the east end of The College of Wooster campus at the corner of E. Wayne Ave. & Gasche St. Several of the holes feature tee boxes in different locations, providing a different look on the back-9 for those looking to play 18 holes. The course also has many flowering dogwoods, thousands of daffodils and many gardens with unusual ornamental plant material.
