Lily Anderson ’23 – The Medical Experience Academy At The Medical Experience (MedEx) Academy in Greenville, SC, explored healthcare careers through shadowing professionals, listening to presentations, and conducting bibliotherapy research while preparing for the MCAT.
Kayla Bertholf ’22 – Michigan State University As a undergraduate researcher at Michigan State University, studied transcriptional enhancers of the insulin receptor using molecular biology techniques, and educate local children on different science topics weekly.
Eran Maina ’21 – Good Samaritan Health Clinic in Atlanta, GA, Eran worked as a medical assistant to provide care for low-income patients while learning about how poverty impacts healthcare delivery.
