Logging in

1. From the Locked screen, press the softkey found under the “Hot Desk” label.

2. Using the dial pad, input your phone extension and press the softkey for Enter.

3. When prompted input your PIN and press the softkey for Enter.  The initial PIN is 1111.

4. You now will be logged into your phone and can make and receive calls.  You will stay logged in until you logout.

Resetting your PIN, recording your greeting and name

1. You may either lift the handset or simply dial 3200 to access the Voice Message System.
2. When prompted enter your PIN and press the softkey for Enter. The initial PIN is 1111.
3. You will be given prompts to enter a new passcode and record your greeting and name.
4. When prompted, enter 8 for user options and then 7 to enter a new PIN that is 4-10 digits in length.
5. When prompted to enter greeting, enter 8 for user options and then 4 to record a greeting.  You may press 9 to save your greeting or 3 to discard and re-record a greeting.
6. When prompted to input your name, enter 8 for user options and then 6 to record your name.  You should use your first and last name since the system only provides about 3 seconds of recording time. 
7. Press 9 to save your name or press 3 to discard and re-record your name.  Wait until prompted that you are finished.
