The College of Wooster will no longer be offering or hosting “email for life” accounts to graduates. This means that all access to email and Microsoft Services will be disabled. You will receive a direct communication from Information Technology with the exact date of the account expiration. Below are the actions we recommend you take to save all content that you would like to retain.

Actions to Take Until Before the Expiration Date

• Download files and content from OneDrive.
• Export email history from Outlook to external personal account.
• Change subscription accounts from “@wooster.edu” to personal email accounts.
• Assign new Owners to Microsoft Teams that will continue after you leave. (If applicable)

What to Expect After Account Expiration

• No longer able to log into or access “@wooster.edu” account.
• No access to Microsoft desktop apps or Microsoft online app services.
• Data is held for 30 days before permanent deletion from our systems.
