Help Desk Self-Service Portal Technology Requests

Go to helpdesk.wooster.edu

1.Login to the Self-Service Portal using your Wooster credentials

Welcome Screen for helpdesk.wooster.edu for the Self-Service Portal

2. Select Technology Request

helpdesk.wooster.edu Self-Service Portal options including my ticket, technology requests, new equipment reservation, and my reservation. You will want to select technology request.

3. Check your information and select the type of technology you would like a quote on.

After you select Technology Requests a window will appear that will have your College of Wooster information auto filled. You will need to select the type of technology you wish to get more information on and write an additional requirements you may have.

4. Finally Submit request
