Power Projector On/Off:

This classroom has a touch panel that controls the projector. To power on just hit the green button on the touch panel that says Room On. The red off button will turn off the classroom.

Projection Options

Wired projection: HDMI, USB C. Plug any of your devices into one of these ports to display on the projector. The cables are already attached and hanging in the room. The image will switch automatically when you plug in with any wired connection.

Wireless projection: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) allows you to connect wirelessly via Apple’s Screen Mirroring or Windows Miracast. On your PC push Windows K. [THIS REPLACES THE APPLE TV IN THE ROOM.]

Once you try to connect, a 4 digit code will appear onscreen. Enter that code in the message that prompts. Your device should connect and display within 5/10 seconds.

Projector Screens Up/Down:

The screen up and down button are below the chalk board on the right of the classroom. The screen is normally left down

Source Select:

The switcher will recognize when you plug in a new wired connection via HDMI, Display Port or USB C. If you are using multiple devices and want to switch, press the blue sources button and different inputs will be listed. To switch to another source, use your finger to drag that source down to the Displays area onto the projector screen icon.

Volume Control

Audio control is on the bottom of the touch screen.

Camera System

Connect the USB-A cable to your laptop. Once you are in a Teams meeting, you need to select “HDL300” as your microphone and speaker and select one of the “HDVS” cameras (the front and back of classroom cameras may be BOTH be listed as “AT-HDVS-CAM”) as your camera.

There are presets built into the macro settings on the Touch Panel that control where the cameras point.  Tap Macros at the top of the touch panel and select from the list. The camera will move to the preset view.
