Polycom A/V Instructional Guide
- Turn the TV on by pressing the power button on the Aquos/Sharp remote located on the conference room table.
- Plug the HDMI cable located on the conference table into your laptop to share/view your laptop screen on the TV. You may need to use the USBC to HDMI adaptor, also located on the table.
- Plug in the USBC cable to your laptop, that is the camera connection cable
- Once you have opened your Teams or Zoom, you will need to select the camera and sound settings from the app’s ribbon


- Select Polycom Studio Video as your camera.
- Select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Polycom Studio Audio) as your microphone and speaker.
- Once the meeting and/or presentation has concluded, please turn off the TV screen, unplug all cables and place the cables (and HDMI adapter if used) neatly back on the table.
- Please remove any items (handouts, disposable beverage containers, or trash) from the conference room and realign chairs to their proper places at the table.
