Canceling Equipment Reservation

With Helpdesk Self-Service Portal

  1. Go to helpdesk.wooster.edu
  2. Login to the Self-Service Portal using your Wooster credentials
  3. Select “My Reservations”
  4. Select the reservation you wish to cancel
  5. Select “Cancel Reservation”
  6. A window will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel the reservation. 
  7. Select “Cancel Reservation”
  8. Once the rental is canceled, you should see the screen below.
