How to guide for Lowry conference rooms
- To turn on the LG Monitor, use the wall Touch Panel and press PUSH TO BEGIN.
- You will see a welcome screen with the W on it and instructions on how to present.
- Plugging in the HDMI cable will automatically show your laptop. You may need a USBC to HDMI adaptor.
- To adjust the volume, either use your laptop controls or the Touch Panel volume buttons.
- To present wirelessly using a PC laptop, press the Windows button and K at the same time. In the lower right corner of your laptop screen, you should see the room pop up. Push connect, and then it will ask for a code. Type in that code and after a few seconds you should be connected, and your laptop image will be on the screen.
- To present wirelessly using an Apple product, simply search Screen Mirroring (Airplay) to find the room. Select the correct room and type in the code and after a few seconds you should be connected, and your laptop/phone/iPad image will be on the screen.
- It is not recommended to use wireless if you want to play any video content.
To use the video conference camera system.
- You must plug in the USBC cable to your laptop, that is your camera hookup. If you want your laptop displayed on the screen, you must use the HDMI cable. It is not recommended to try to do a conference using a wireless connection.
- Once you have opened your Teams or Zoom, you will need to select the camera and sound. In your device settings, select Nureva camera C30 as your camera.
- Select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone(HDL300) as your microphone and speaker.
- Volume from the Nureva speaker bar can only be adjusted using the Nureva remote, which should be located in the credenza. (along with the HDMI and USB cables)
Once your presentation is finished, please turn of the monitor and coil up the cables and place them on the hook neatly or back in the credenza.
