Laptop Loan Program
To support students facing temporary technological challenges, Wooster has implemented a laptop loaner program. Students may borrow a laptop for two weeks. This program is meant only as a bridge until a more permanent solution is found. This initiative aims to ensure that all students have access to essential resources for their academic success.
Steps for Reserving Laptop:
Checking out Laptops through Technology Services uses the self-service portal at helpdesk.wooster.edu.
- Go To helpdesk.wooster.edu
- Login with your Wooster credentials
- Select “ New Equipment Reservation”
- Select the type of laptop
- Select laptop you are wanting to the reserve ( you will need to click and drag to the right of the equipment description)
- Make sure that the time is within the time you will need it.( All Reservations will be given two weeks, and need to be returned with those two weeks)
- Select Next at the top ribbon
- Put in any additional information
- Select Confirm Reservation
- Select “Confirm Reservation”
- You will receive an automatic email from the helpdesk stating that your reservation has been received.
- After your reservation has been approved, you will be directed to follow the instructions in your email.
