Using Consortium Contracts for Higher Education

The Office of Procurement can provide access to and assist you with utilizing nationally and state bid contracts designed for higher education. The contracts and terms are always confidential and can only be accessed by members of the Office of Procurement.

Consortium contracts leverage the combined spend from Colleges, Universities, State and Federal Government organizations across the country to maximize discounts and services provided from the contracted vendors.

Many vendors have contracts with multiple consortium organizations so you may see a specific vendor on multiple contract lists or multiple contracts listed for the same vendor on a single consortia list. Procurement will help you figure out what contract is best for your specific needs.

The most common consortium contracts utilized by the College are from the E&I Cooperative, IUC-PG, and Sourcewell. Click on the organization to view the vendor contracts available and contact the Office of Procurement if you want more information regarding a specific agreement.
