The Transportation Department

Please contact the Transportation Team Leader Nick Maxwell at 330-263-2164 or nmaxwell@wooster.edu to reserve a bus, shuttle van, or to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. All individuals on campus will need their driver’s license and pass a drivers safety exam to get behind the wheel of a college-sponsored vehicle.

Campus City Route:

The Campus City Route runs Wednesdays 4pm to 8pm and Saturdays 2pm to 6pm.

The Campus City Route leaves from Babcock Hall at the top of the hour going to the North end. The Campus City Route then heads downtown stopping at Bornhuetter Hall, Downtown Family Dollar, and Discount Drug Mart & Gault Schoolhouse before returning to Babcock Hall.

City of Wooster Fixed Route

Any student who needs an ID card with a QR code can still register by taking their COW ID to the CAWM offices (located at 905 Pittsburgh Avenue). They are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. The City of Wooster Fixed Transit Route runs Monday through Saturday, 7:40am – 9pm and arrives at 40 minutes after each hour throughout the day. The City of Wooster Fixed Route stops at Babcock Hall at the 4th minute of the hour.

The City of Wooster Fixed Route does not run on the following days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and day after
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve

In the case of inclement weather, there will be an announcement on radio station WQKT 104.5 that the service is delayed or canceled.
