Pilates: This all-levels class focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility using controlled movements. Emphasis on core strengthening will help create stability.

Stretch and Restore: 40 min. of mat stretching, breathwork, and restorative yoga. Participants will be given a variety of options to stretch in a gentle way, or in a manner that builds deeper flexibility. Ample time in rest will be given to calm the body and mind before returning to your day.

Strength Training: This all-levels class uses dumbbells, kettlebells, and other forms of resistance to build total body strength.
