Class Descriptions:

Adaptive Fitness: Adaptive fitness is a unique class designed to meet the needs and varied ability levels of participants through multiple options for total body strength, mobility, and conditioning in a fun and supportive environment.

All-Levels Strength Training: A fitness class for all levels. Each participant will be put through various rounds of resistance training, core, and light cardio. Classes will include concepts from various disciplines such as body sculpting with free weights and strength training.

Beginning HIIT: For beginners, this cardio-based intro to HIIT (high intensity interval training) incorporates full-body movements that are done in short bursts followed by periods of active rest. Light weights are used for strength training, and all exercises can be modified for varying levels of experience.

Cardio Dance (Zumba): Cardio Dance (Zumba) is a fun way to get in a cardio workout and lose yourself in the music! Dances are easy to follow and can be adapted to any fitness level.

Stretch and Restore: 40 min. of mat stretching, breathwork, and restorative yoga. Participants will be given a variety of options to stretch in a gentle way, or in a manner that builds deeper flexibility. Ample time in rest will be given to calm the body and mind before returning to your day.

Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga focuses on linking breath and movement to build a series of flowing postures to train your flexibility, strength, and balance. This class is designed to be approachable for participants with any level of yoga experience.
