Printing as a Student

Printing on campus uses application native printing with PaperCut and MobilePrint.

Set up your devices using these instructions:

Students can choose from these two FindMe printers:

  • Student-BW-FindMe – all printer output is forced to greyscale; no color output is possible.
  • Student-Color-FindMe – all printer output is printed with color available and uses page level detection.

You can also print from any Chromebook or other operating system with a browser using WebPrint.

The print job is held in the print queue until you go to the MFD (multi-function device), scan your ID card, choose a cost center, and release the job. Multi-function devices for student printing and copying are available in:

  • Andrews Library CoRE
  • Timken Science Library
  • Lowry Center in the hallway outside the Alley

Student Printing Allocations

Each student at the college is given a printing allocation based on class year.

  • first-years = $60.00 per semester
  • sophomores = $75.00 per semester
  • juniors = $90.00 per semester
  • seniors = $120.00 per semester

Once printing allocation account limit is exceeded, students must add to their printing accounts by depositing funds to their printing accounts at the Financial Services counter at the Wilson Bookstore, located in Lowry Center.
