Health, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Spending Accounts, and Basic Life and Accidental Death and dismemberment benefits start on the employee’s hire date.

– Address Updates: All employees should update their address, phone, and email updated with the College. You can make changes by completing the Address Change Form. (pdf.)
– Exit Interview: Please have employees complete an Exit Interview to tell us about your time at CoW. Please return it to humanresources@wooster.edu.
– Keys and Other College-Owned Equipment: Keys and College-owned equipment and supplies must be given to the employee’s department before departing.
– CoW Purchasing Card: College credit cards are canceled on the last day of work. Please contact the Purchasing Office for more information.
– Employee Assistance Program: Access to the Employee Assistance Program ends on the last date of employment.
– Scot Center Access: Scot Center and all other campus building access will terminate on the last date of employment.
– Email, Network Access: Emails and network accesses will end on the last date worked.
– Parking Pass: Parking passes will be deactivated on the last date of employment.
– Identification Card: Your ID card is deactivated on your last date of employment.
