Payment by Check or Cash
To make a payment by check, the check should be made payable to The College of Wooster and may be made in person in the Business Office or by mail to The College of Wooster. Payments in cash can be made in person in the Business Office (lower level of Galpin Hall). Payments by check should be mailed to:

Credit Cards or E-Check
The College of Wooster accepts credit/debit and E-check payments through ACI Payments, Inc. There is a 3.28% service fee applied to credit/debit card payments, and a fee of $2.01 to make an E-check payment.
Payment Plans
The entire year’s academic costs may be spread out with several monthly payment plan options (April through March), by enrolling in the plan. These monthly payment plans are administered by Nelnet Campus Commerce (Nelnet). The annual non-refundable enrollment fee required to enroll in the Annual Payment Plan option is $75 for enrollment by July 31; the fee increases to $125 for enrollment after July 31. Additional information can be found at The College of Wooster Payment Center or by calling 1-800-609-8056. Please keep in mind, students are billed by semester, or one-half of the annual fee. When establishing a monthly payment plan, please use the student’s total yearly cost in your annual budget. For example, a family who estimates their Fall Semester net fee at $10,000 should establish a $20,000 Annual Payment Plan budget. Initial budget amounts that are calculated using estimates of financial aid for the academic year may be adjusted later by logging into your Nelnet plan account.
