Need some tips for using Outlook? Check out Mike Tholfsen’s 20 Tips and Tricks video on Outlook. Please note some of these features are Windows-specific, so Mac users may not have them at this point. Other features are continuing to roll out.

The download file is an .ics file. Download the file and double-click to add to your calendar. If an email program other than Outlook launches (Mac users, if the file launches the Apple Mail application on your computer), follow these directions to make Outlook the default email application.
