Microsoft Lens is a scanning application integrated with Office 365 apps.
Microsoft Lens trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and documents readable.
You can use Microsoft Lens to convert images to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, digitize printed or handwritten text, and save to OneNote, OneDrive, or your local device.
Because Lens is linked to your Microsoft 365 account and the files can be saved to OneDrive, a student could upload a Lens file as a Moodle submission by selecting OneDrive from the file picker option.
Office Lens for Windows is longer available for download from the Microsoft Store as of January 1, 2021.
