- Moodle Grade book: Set-up & Basics (1-1:30pm) In this brief introduction to Moodle Grade book, we will go over the different methods Moodle has for calculating grades (aggregation methods [average vs. weights], creating categories), recommend two of these methods, demonstrate how to create and weight assignments in each method, and demonstrate how to create categories and place assignments in them.
- Ideas & Alternative Models (1:30-2:30pm) In this portion we will explore a variety of approaches to grading (and ungrading), including best practices for paperless submissions, specs and contract grading, Moodle Forum, co-authoring/commenting, using rubrics and progress tracking.
- Moodle Grade book: Advanced Features (2:30-3pm) In this portion we will explore drop the lowest, extra credit, rubric scoring, and progress monitoring using Activity completion and Course completion.

Presented by our Cleveland-based Microsoft trainers, this course introduces Microsoft Forms and demonstrates how to create surveys, quizzes, and polls, how to respond in nearly any browser or mobile device, and how to analyze those responses.
Note: When multiple people should have edit access to the Form and responses, we recommend creating a Group Form which is connected to a Team or SharePoint site. For further support, see our Forms Workshops post.

Microsoft Stream is an enterprise video service where people in your organization can upload, view, and share videos securely. This course introduces how to view, manage, and share videos that aid in your team’s collaboration. Presented by our Cleveland-based Microsoft trainers. Note: Recorded Teams meetings are now stored in OneDrive or SharePoint (they are no longer stored in Stream).
