GoodCycling
Have you recently upgraded your equipment? We are looking for gently used smartphones. With them, we can ensure every student has a mobile device that can be used to connect on campus, receive campus emergency notifications, and use College apps.
You can learn more about our “GoodCycling” program, tell us about the device you’d like to contribute, or ask us about the program on our GoodCycling Form.

New Microsoft Training Session
We will be offering another session from the Cleveland-based Microsoft Trainers on Tuesday, January 19th from 12:30-1:30PM. The session will cover breakout rooms, feedback options during a meeting, and scheduling meetings. The session will be recorded so you can view it at a later date.

What’s New in Microsoft Recap
Did you know that Microsoft is constantly rolling out features for Office 365? Here are some of the newest and upcoming features you will see soon. (We do not have any control when Microsoft releases updates.)
One of the biggest updates to come over Winter Break are Breakout Rooms.
Want to know what the top updates to use in 2021? Well, look no further than Microsoft’s Mike Tholfsen’s video on 11 Features for Teams in 2021 (some of these are still rolling out).
