Every student residing on campus is asked to fill out a Room Condition Report. This report allows our office to know the condition of your space and also prevents you from being billed for damages that may be pre-existing in the room.
Visit Housing Portal to complete the Room Condition Report for your housing assignment. Please carefully assess the condition of your room and compare it to the notes of your RCR before you sign, as you will be required to either agree or disagree with the RCR. If you agree with the RCR provided, please select that option at the bottom of your form. If there is need to reassess, please select that response at the bottom of your form. Changes in the condition of your room from the time you move in until your move out could result in charges billed to your account– that means you should ensure that the true condition of your room is depicted in the RCR. Students who do not complete their RCR by the deadline waive their right to note discrepancies and automatically agree with the RCR.
