Residence Halls close at 10am on Wednesday, May 14th for students who are not graduating and 10am on Sunday, May 18th for graduating seniors and all other late stays.
There will be limited exceptions made for late stays. These include:
- Students signed up and approved for Summer Housing
- Students whose sibling is a College of Wooster graduate.
- Students approved to work Commencement weekend.
- International Students or Out of State students who have transportation limitations
- Athletes who are participating in post season play (Active Rostered submitted by Team Coach).
Requests for Late Stay Exceptions can be made through your Housing Self Service portal by Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.
Summer Housing students and Graduating seniors DO NOT have to complete the Late Stay Form. Failure to leave by the approved deadline may result in a $100 improper check out fee and/or nightly charge.
